Hart To Hart Stables Broodmare and Foal Care for American Saddlebred Show Horses

Hart to Hart Stables is situated on forty-five beautiful acres divided into several small and large pastures. At foaling time the mares are brought up to the small paddock close to the house in order to be closely observed. There are two large foaling stalls each with access to its own small paddock. Once the foals are healthy and strong they will be turned out with the other mares and babies. As they get older they will be moved into the large pasture where they will stay until they are ready for training between the ages of two and three.

This is Crown Point's Chardonnay's 2003 filly during her first hours. Crown Point Chardonnay is not only the full sister to the well-known George Amos, but the dam of the recently advertised gelding, The Downtown Strutter; of which, was recently sold to Hollow Haven Farm. This amazing filly was born on 4/04/2003 and is sired by Attache's Royal Assets; of whom, is by Attache's Liquid Assets & the grand World Champion 5-gaited mare, Royal Memories. This filly is proceeded by another colt, Attache's Crown Royal; of whom, is by Attache's Thunderbolt. This exciting broodmare is proudly owned by both Hart to Hart Stables & the Shields' Family.

On April 21, 2003 Paris Silk had a big, strong, long legged stud colt! He is chestnut with two hind socks & a white blaze. He and his 2002 full brother are by Springview's Crossfire. Paris Silk and both colts are proudly owned by the Shields' family.	Paris Silk

Demure (CH Foxfire's Prophet x Lady's Lace) was a two time World Champion in Futurity and Fine Harness. Her 2003 filly is by Periaptor and is very elegant and beautiful.

I'm A Cruzer by I'm a New Yorker and out of a Caramac mare was also recently acquired by the Shields' family as a broodmare. She did not have a 2003 foal but is now in foal to the recently purchased Powerful Charm LCC for 2004.

Breeding Stallion

Powerful Charm LCC a beautiful blood bay by Santana's Charm and out of a Kourageous Kalu mare is now being offered for pasture breeding to outside mares. He is owned by both Hart to Hart Stables and the Shields' family. Powerful Charm is AHA National-Three-Year-Old Futurity, ASHA Futurity of Kentucky, & ASHA Amateur Futurity of Kentucky Nominated.
