* deceased sire RWC Hometown Spirit,
Training
Wyatt is highly respected for his patience and ability in developing young
contenders, as well as, readying and showing veteran and celebrated campaigners.
Hart to Hart Stables is indeed versatile. Currently of the Saddlebreds,
Hackneys, and Morgans on the premises there are broodmares, colts, prospects
ready for the show ring, retired horses, consignment horses, and seasoned show horses. Whether you are an
investor, a rider, or a breeder you will feel right at home.

Investment Horses
Wyatt has an amazing talent in developing young colts into show ring
competitors. In a very short amount of time he can take an un-broke colt
and have it trotting and racking around the ring better than most seasoned show
horses. If you are looking for an investment, he also has an uncanny
ability of finding diamonds in the rough at Tattersalls and quickly turning a
profit by polishing them into top-notch show horses. Right now some
of the nicest horses in the barn were purchased at Tattersalls last fall.
He also has quite a reputation for fixing problematic horses.

Show Horses
Unlike many of the strictly amateur barns our smaller facility and mixture of
horses allows our amateur riders to get the individualized attention they need
to learn to show their horses to the best of their ability. Because of the
barn's size and the diversity of horses and horse shows rarely will two horses
from the barn show against each other. The farm is just the right size to
have fun and socialize without feeling like a number or that you are being
processed on an assembly line.
Other Advantages
Hart to Hart Stables has several other major advantages that need to be
mentioned. Since there is not a lesson program running into the late hours
every night the training horses are able to get the rest they need. The
majority of shows attended are within close proximity of the farm so horses that
do not show will not miss any training during show season. The location of
the farm and reputation also ensures a steady volume of shoppers.
Since Wyatt does his own hauling it is hassle free to go to shows to show or
to practice and there is no need to be inconvenienced by a commercial hauler’s
schedule. This also ensures that he
is with the horses when they arrive at the show in case of any problems.
By taking young horses to the shows to practice they are able to progress at a
much faster rate.
Since he is also a farrier any shoeing problems can be addressed
immediately instead of having to wait for an outside farrier to fit you into his
busy schedule. Balancing problems
can be fixed in a short amount of time instead of spread out over several weeks
of farrier visits. Since he also does his own teeth each horse is taken care of
as needed instead of on a schedule for the entire barn as a whole.
Hart to Hart Stables is a top of the line training
facility. The barn has thirty
matted stalls and a 160’ x 80’ indoor arena. There is also a nice work
area outside. It is set on 45 beautiful acres with several paddocks of varying sizes.
Visitors are welcome at any time.
